I’ve had a little spell of terror. A case of the ‘what if it all goes wrongs’ ‘how are we going to cope’… it felt cold and lonely and quite frozen there… I think it was triggered by news, and fed a old story in me of lack… it comes back to haunt me from time to time…

Life is all the things… and sometimes it starts with beach yoga, which makes the challenges just a little easier to cope with. It doesn’t take away the brutality or the fear. It doesn’t gloss over the pain and discomfort, but it can soften the edges, and it’s a beautiful reminder of the incredible power of nature and the beauty therein… and that power can really guide a sense of surrender.
