Yoga 🧘‍♂️ is the coming together of mind, body and breath. It’s the feeling of being lost or engrossed in experience . The experience of pure being. So rather than doing whatever it is we’re doing with the background noise of mental chatter relating to something entirely disconnected, the experience of yoga is of pure whole presence.

Hello Insta Family! It's been a while... and while there isn't enough space in this small box to even touch the sides on the experiences of the past few months (I'll save that for the book!) There is enough space to share news of a one off workshop I'm really happy to be holding at the very lovely @savvystudioshayle on 20th August 6.00pm.

I’m stirring from my own inner journey which currently involves a lot of bed rest, yoga Nidra and some gentle movement to share my latest piece for @omyogamagazine ‘The inner journey’ which is available to read via the link in my bio.

Last Tuesday evening I had a brain haemorrhage whilst swimming. I was lucky enough to be with nurses when it happened and very quickly got to hospital.
