I’m stirring from my own inner journey which currently involves a lot of bed rest, yoga Nidra and some gentle movement to share my latest piece for @omyogamagazine ‘The inner journey’ which is available to read via the link in my bio.

Last Tuesday evening I had a brain haemorrhage whilst swimming. I was lucky enough to be with nurses when it happened and very quickly got to hospital.

Physically rest: lay down somewhere you can feel safe and Undisturbed, create a physical boundary by closing the door and shutting down the phone. support the weight of the body, create comfort for the body behind the head and knees. Create warmth, close windows, put on cosy socks and clothes. Set a timer for as long as you can give yourself.
