Enough. Is. Enough. It’s as simple as that. But when we don’t believe it for ourselves, when we’re not embodying it, we end up filling our time offering ourselves beyond our means and it feels overwhelming, exhausting and leads to resent. Take those feelings as a cue to pause. Rest.
