Leaning towards difficulty, leaning in to pain, embracing suffering... recognising our triggers as routes towards liberation is so very courageous, and so very worthwhile. What sits in the shadows of our being can haunt us. Maybe it’s dormant until triggered, but unless we turn towards it, face it, welcome it and embrace it, it stays in the shadows.

Intuition is simply about feeling.

On the theme of love this week... Can you ask yourself the question, are you in love with your life? I don’t know who imposes the shit we take? The not speaking our truth, the contorting ourselves in to shapes that don’t fit, the people pleasing, and any other shit that puts the fires of passion out... they say thing like ‘you should do...’ and they’re very judgy... Right there at the end of a beautiful walk was this enticing pool... so that was that... In I got... visions of summer dancing through my head, deep breaths, slowly slowly...and then, feet off the ground and off I go... there’s a vibration in me that sounds like a finger running around the edge of a crystal glass... deep breaths, flush of warmth and suddenly it’s warmer in the water than outside... lifted. Zing. Weeeee. How wonderful it feels... a black feather floats down to the water and sinks to the sand... is someone watching over me? Or am I cultivating the mystery inside of me? Logical brain says let’s get out before hypothermia sets in...
