Slow Yoga is a functional and sustainable way to move the body, freeing up physical tension, finding space and returning to ease. The session ends with a 15 minute relaxation practice. Thurs | 9.30-10.45am | Gentle Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra, Hayle & Online via Zoom Movement, Mindfulness & Meditation. Encouraging exploratory movement within the structure of Hatha Yoga. The session ends with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra practice (Yogic Sleep) a guided & systematic approach to deep relaxation & meditation. Open to beginners & Suitable for All Call or Email Lauren to book |
Thurs | 6.30-7.45pm | Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Preparing you for birth physically, mentally & emotionally through movement, birth education & relaxation. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with a community of other pregnant people. Call or Email Lauren to book |
Fri | 11.00am-12.00pm | Rest & Be (5 week course) Gentle joint freeing movement & breath awareness, followed by guided relaxation. A perfect introduction to yoga in a small group setting (max 5 people). This session is suitable for those in recovery, with chronic illness and who are ready to commit to a well being discipline. |
Fri | 1.30-2.30pm | Rest & Be in partnership with The Waite Room CIC (5 week Course) Gentle joint freeing movement & breath awareness, followed by guided relaxation. A perfect introduction to yoga in a small group setting (max 5 people). This session is suitable for those in recovery, with chronic illness and who are ready to commit to a well being discipline. |
