Yoga Class Schedule

Yoga is for everybody, whether you’re a beginner, a returner or looking to bring depth to your current practice.

I hold space for you to explore movement that nourishes and serves your well-being, and space to find deeply restorative rest.

My classes combine slow flow guided movement with traditional Hatha Yoga poses, Yoga breathing and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.

Booking is essential.
