Thurs9.30-10.45amGentle Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra, Hayle & Online via Zoom
Movement, Mindfulness & Meditation. Encouraging exploratory movement within the structure of Hatha Yoga. The session ends with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra practice (Yogic Sleep) a guided & systematic approach to deep relaxation & meditation.

Preparing you for birth physically, mentally & emotionally through movement, birth education & relaxation. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with a community of other pregnant people.

Gentle joint freeing movement & breath awareness, followed by guided relaxation. A perfect introduction to yoga in a small group setting (max 5 people). This session is suitable for those in recovery, with chronic illness and who are ready to commit to a well being discipline.
Fri1.30-2.30pmRest & Be in partnership with The Waite Room CIC (5 week Course)
