Yoga is for everybody, whether you’re a beginner, a returner or looking to bring depth to your current practice.

My classes combine flowing movement with traditional hatha yoga poses, yoga breathing and relaxation.

Small classes are held in my private home studio, booking is essential.

Classes are £12 drop in or £50 for a 5 class pass *Gentle Flow is a grounded breath focused practice. Suitable for absolute beginners and those in need of space and deep nurture whether due to stress, injury or illness. **Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) is a powerful guided meditation which promotes deep rest and relaxation, the practice is taken laying on the floor supported with blankets and bolsters.
