Yoga is for everybody, whether you’re a beginner, a returner or looking to bring depth to your current practice. My classes combine flowing movement with deep stretches and holds, Yoga breathing and Relaxation.

Classes are small & booking is essential.
Classes are £12 drop in or £50 for a 5 class block.
