Yoga Class Schedule

Yoga is for everybody, whether you’re a beginner, a returner or looking to bring depth to your current practice.

My classes combine flowing movement with traditional Hatha Yoga poses, Yoga breathing and guided relaxation.

Small classes are held in the Zoom Room online and in my private home studio.

Booking is essential.

All Classes are streamed via Zoom.

All classes begin with a settling practice, following by deep and juicy slow flow Hatha Yoga poses and a guided relaxation. Designed to nourish body, mind & soul… All classes are mixed ability and suitable for beginners.

Full Membership is £40 per month, which includes unlimited Live zoom classes along with access to the members’ area which includes 15 minute, 30 minute & 60 minute recorded class content as well as guided meditations. Pay as You Go classes are £10 per session. Pay what you can with up to 100% discount can be applied for those who need it. Kids sessions £5 per family.
