The weekend runs from 3pm Friday to 3pm Sunday and offers a total escape from the demands of daily life.  Step outside of yourself, unwind and make space for new beginnings with a weekend of seasonal yoga, deep rest, meditation & chant. 

The weekend is £410 inclusive of food, all yoga and shared accommodation in twin or triple rooms with shared bathrooms.

House wine and massage are available for an additional price. 

Booking is on a first come first served basis via a non-refundable deposit of £100.
